Seven Terraces Hotel - George Town

The Nonya fine dining restaurant is awesome. The dishes are exquisite and greatly enhance your stay experience.

The hotel was spotless and had beautifully designed rooms. We ate in the fabulous restaurant with delicious food and great service which was reasonably priced. The service was first-class and the staff were extremely friendly. Enjoyed our stay in this property.

Facilities were good, yet Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The Argus Apartment offered a luxurious space with a blend of historical elegance and modern amenities. We particularly enjoyed the afternoon tea by the pool, where local treats provided a good touch to our afternoons. The staff's warm hospitality, with special attention from Nurul who always had a smile.

The lack of sound insulation was noticeable at times, which affected our tranquility.

Nicely decorated hotel in an absolutely perfect and magnificent location to the Cathedral for sunday mass. Fashionable and en suite rooms with balcony, and exceptional services. Location just next door to restaurants, bars and sightseeing spots and general areas...

The shower setup was a bit awkward though. A fantastic experience in Penang, would recommend!

Enjoyed the elegant-style building and a nice size room with modern conveniences. We were in an unbeatable and exceptionally nice location relatively close to traditional waterfront houses.

The Argus apartment was huge and beautifully appointed with historical furnishings, while still packed with modern amenities, including perfect air conditioning. The separate bathroom setup with multiple sinks and shower options made it practical for families.

Sound insulation wasn't great, and some street noise could disturb your peace, especially if you're sensitive to it. Light control in the rooms was lacking. The red lanterns in the hallway shone brightly into the rooms at night. The included breakfast was limited to small portions with no buffet options, which might leave you wanting more. The steep, narrow stairs to the upstairs amenities could be a challenge, particularly if you have mobility issues.

The atmosphere is serene, you feel totally relaxed. We loved the complimentary afternoon tea by the exotic poolside, enjoying local sweets that was just like little bites of joy.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but honestly, worth every penny.

the location was great! we loved the beautiful furnishings (especially the marriage bed! ) and the pool area was perfect for relaxation. staff were friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right.

The terrace duplex suite was fine, with its unique charm and spacious layout. We enjoyed relaxing by the lovely pool and sipping complimentary afternoon tea while soaking up the sun by the relaxing area. Just a heads up, the food options in-house are limited, but it's super easy to find great places nearby!
